Brunch at The Bourke Hotel, Davao
I will do anything for delicious breakfast food partnered with a clean, relaxing place to stay with nice fluffy pillows – this staycation requirement I recently found in Davao. During my last visit, I stayed at The Bourke Hotel which is located in the same compound as Bondi and Bourke restaurant (Hi Chef Patrick!) – I honestly wanted to stay longer.
Brunch all day | Bondi and Bourke Davao
What I love about Bondi & Bourke Davao is the entire restaurant is set-up in what used to be old ancestral home in downtown Davao. It’s really that perfect brunch place you wouldn’t mind having as your go-to meeting place. Now, The Bourke Hotel is open for you! This homey lodging is an extension and ran by the same people of Bondi and Bourke restaurant.

The Bourke Hotel is located in the same compound (at the back) where the restaurant is situated in. It’s easily accessible because its in downtown / the busy area of Davao. The rooms are limited so make sure you book in advance but I assure you – their service is awesome! Here is a quick hotel tour:

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE ROOM:
The room I got was so spacious (I think it’s a level above the standard room). The room amenities were so generous and my favorite part? They even have phone chargers, a hair iron and a hair dryer to use. It really felt like an extension of my home! The aircon was quiet and very cold. The sheets were so clean and towels replaced every day. Fabulous service!

If ever for some reason you cannot make it to Bondi and Bourke resto for the complimentary breakfast, there is a menu and you can get room service! I, of course, went to the resto (every morning!) to sink my teeth in their scrumptious offerings and take a lot of Instagram photos. Here is what we ordered:

The Bourke Hotel serves breakfast from 6:00AM – 10:00AM. Take your pick from their wide array of brunch selections – we ordered different dishes each day and they were all so good.

I enjoyed this dish so much – I even ordered it 2 mornings in a row.
