Mad Mark’s Creamery and Good Eats
Known for their ice cream and honest food, Mad Marks offers honest good food. Their ice cream is made from scratch and produce sourced only from the freshest suppliers.

Miso Charred Fillet + Aged Cheddar Cajun Taco | Php245
This grilled chicken breast fillet wrapped in a soft taco is good for two people. Under the chicken bits are garden grains (similar to fried rice) with a side of Romaine salad! Healthy!
Johnnie Double Black Ribs | Php460
This is also good for sharing! Super yummy slab pork ribs with 3 sides. I also discovered their “Smashed Potato” side dish. Super fine texture. I think i’ll get 2 of those plus the grilled corn cob side dish.
Healthy steak | Php245
Mad Mark’s offers the juiciest steaks at very reasonable prices. This 150 g UDSA Steak with 2 sides is only Php245 and have it cooked from Medium Rare to Well Done. I picked salad and garden grains!
Homemade Cookies Ala Mode Php160 & Half-Baked Madagascar (1 scoop) Php85
And of course, ALWAYS save room for dessert. My last 2 Must-Try dishes are sweets! Hehe. Homemade Cookie + Ice Cream + Ghiradelli sauce (you can never go wrong with the sauce!!) and their best seller: Half Baked Madagascar. One scoop is really big! 🙂

I was able to get to chat with the brains and palettes of Mad Mark’s. Mark, himself, and his business partner Lester. They’re very hands on with the restaurant and makes sure all items on the menu are deliciously reasonable. HONEST! 🙂
