All In One Paradise
I’m sure you’ve heard (more than once, I suppose!) that Kanye is heading to Manila for Paradise IMF! I am sooo excited and glad to see how us Filipinos are getting more globally competitive in events like this. I have a few questions in my head and one of which – is he bringing the wifey along? Lol! I always eye on their power couple style and it’s something on my #goals list. For now, here is my Kanye-inspired outfit.

Lately, I’ve been finding myself hoarding skin tone pieces like this. Our climate isn’t getting any colder so I’m sticking to breezy/comfortables outfits like this. I paired it with oversized aviators and even if they’re separates, it actually looks like one piece. Speaking of which, Paradise IMF will be a festival like no other – it will bring us different genres rolled into one! The past festivals here in Manila were either too specific in genre or too broad – Paradise will be different. It actually started with a formal announcement by Kanye West, which got many to talk about it. Yeezus in Manila and he, himself, confirmed that it will be the same date as his album release. The fun doesn’t stop here: Paradise opened its music to eventually release Pop sensation Austine Mahone, EDM hit Afrojack and Rudimental as their Old School Jungle/ Drum and Bass. On the third release, Paradise graciously added The Airplane Boys as Hip-Hop addition along with girl group sensation 4th Impact. This will involve a whole lot of singing and dancing – something Pinoys love to do! They will not only impress the festival goers with an amazing show but will express their Filipino pride on stage.

What surprised everybody was the final release, Wiz Khalifa is expected to reign stage-side with Yeezus! Despite their recent twitter war, Wiz and Yeezy set aside their feud to bring out your inner “G’. You excited?? Here is the complete line-up of performances. Of course, a Manila-based festival wouldn’t be complete without our very own local talent – OPM artists. Hale? Up Dharma Down? Yes please! From your favourite djs to amazing live bands, Paradise really does have much to offer.

The much anticipated music festival will host a plethora of musical genres, with 8 international and 12 local acts, featuring names such as Swedish DJ Afrojack, British band Rudimental [DJ], young American artist Austin Mahone, and many more. Paradise IMF will put up its stage at the ASEANA City Open Grounds in Parañaque City, under Boardworks Media Entertainment, a group renowned for bringing in international acts such as John Legend and Lifehouse, with Paradise IMF being its current magnum opus.
