With technology nowadays, everything seems to happen so fast. We are always on the go, always rushing to get to places. We often overlook the simple things like having a good bath regimen. Believe it or not but having one goes a long way! Pampering ourselves in the morning sets the mood and let’s us start our day right.
Watsons Bath To Basics
Most recently, Watsons launched their Bath To Basics campaign. Their goal is to educate the people about the importance of boosting their bathroom rituals to achieve better health and skin. The thing I love about this campaign is that you don’t need to spend A LOT to do this!
Spa Party!
We spent one whole afternoon learning about the importance of daily bath regimens through a Spa Party! I have so much to share with you guys! If you look around your bathroom, there are so many products and it’s time to get them organized so let’s go!
Switch & Save!
We also did a mini-shopping challenge in Watsons and I was surprised with their bath line – it’s so affordable! No need to spend a lot when it comes to scrubs, shower gels, wipes, etc.
Pamper time!

Neo Day Spa, The Fort
The Spa Party was held in Neo Day Spa located in the ground floor of Net One Center Building, the Fort. It was my first time to go there and I love the vibe of it. It was so clean and relaxing – I couldn’t wait for our pampering session! 🙂
Watons Bath to Basics talk with Ms O
During the Spa Party, we enjoyed a quick talk on grooming and hygiene habits by Olen Lim aka “Ms O”, a certified image consultant/coach (and only one in the Philippines who holds that title!) We should really start de-cluttering our bathroom products see which ones to throw and toss out. She also suggests to arrange the ones we use DAILY and make it the frontline products.
Welcoming remarks from Daisy of Watsons
The theme for the day was “Love Your Body, Love Yourself” and I couldn’t agree with them more! When we start embracing what we have, we focus on the more positive aspect and it radiates from within.
An afternoon of showers and body scrubs
At the Spa Party, the girls were treated to a pleasant afternoon of showers and body scrubs at the Neo Day Spa. There were a lot of new products I discovered and of course, used my favorites. Bath time is always a treat so we should take time to prepare for it! 🙂

Watson’s Body Scrub
Eeeps – my latest discovery for the day! These salt scrubs from Watsons are the best. Mix it with grape seed oil during application and you’ll feel oh-so-smooth afterwards. Thank you Watsons and Neo Day Spa! Felt sooo good! I tried the one infused with avocado 🙂

We were tasked to do a shopping challenge and the one who buys the most number of Watsons bath items wins! Surprisingly, we ALL were able to take home a lot since Watsons has Buy 1 Take 1 promos now – I love it! You should check it out! 🙂
