Holiday relaxation
While everyone is out of town or in the province for the holidays, I’m staying in the city. With the new year coming in, I’m taking this as an opportunity to relax, detox my body and de-clutter my space to make room for 2015 so I badly wanted a quick vacation somewhere near the Metro.
in Nurture Wellness Village
Through Travehood PH, I discovered Nurture Wellness Village! Located in Tagaytay, this hidden gem known for their spa services was a quick drive down to the South and when I arrived, I realized, “The drive is so worth it.”

Upon my arrival, the staff warmly greeted me as I nestled in the receiving area. I arrived around 1pm and with the cool Tagaytay weather, you wouldn’t mind popping in any time of the day.

I made sure to dress comfortably and I couldn’t have chosen a better cover up than this piece from Yay Designs. The white bolero converts into so many things so watch out for it in my next post. These white culottes from Crow can be worn casually and dressed up if you pair it with heels!

Nurture Spa is located near Starbucks and Max Restaurant a bit after the Tagaytay Rotonda. They have a lot of signages planted around the area so you definitely won’t miss it! This view greeted me as soon as I entered the driveaway. I was so excited!
Hiyas Spa Jewels | “Kagandahan”
Travelhood already gave me a Nurture Spa brochure even before my visit so I was able to take a look which service I wanted. I went for the 2-hour “Kagandahan” massage since I wanted to make my trip worthwhile – and it was! The full body massage was so relaxing, using Hulay Massage Oil – a mixed scent of lavender, cedar wood and grapefruit.

After the enriching full body massage, the “Kagandahan” spa service was followed by a luxurious 30-minute facial. They used natural ingredients such as honey, almonds and yoghurt leaving my skin feel really smooth and refreshed.

Clean facilities and hospitable staff
I really enjoyed my first visit to Nurture Spa and it surely won’t be the last! The whole “Kagandahan” package I availed is only Php2,400 and I found it really sulit. It’s a must-visit on your next trip to Tagaytay!
