Ford EcoSport Style Challenge Growing up, my mom would always take us to visit my grand parents who lived in Sampaloc, Manila. As a treat, we would take a jeepney to Quiapo or Divisoria on weekends and that’s where the magic began. Divisoria is one of my most favorite places to shop! Aside from it being known to have very cheap finds, their pieces are also surprisingly up to date with what you currently see in retail stores. So when I was tapped by Ford Philippines to do a “Style Challenge” in Divisoria – I was like BRING IT.

My “boob job” experience It all started when I was covering an event that promotes Breast Cancer Awareness & Women Empowerment – Chicdriven! The breast examination booth was free so I thought I’d give it a go – never hurts to get checked right? Semi-panic hit my nerves when the doctor said she felt something. I occasionally get sharp pains on my left boob – so I knew something was up but never had it checked. The doctor’s theory was backed up once I got a chest ultrasound and my results showed a solid mass (size of an almond). HALP!

Craving to treat yourself? Pinkberry. Pinkberry to me is such a delectable dessert and since its yoghurt, it doesn’t come out so sinful.

My Top 5 Ukay-Ukay Tips For A Successful Thrifting Adventure When I was in college (Animo La Salle!), I remember religiously spending my lunch breaks wandering around thrift stores along Taft Avenue. I had a knack for buying pre-loved clothing and even my neighbors’ clothes through garage sales. Maybe because as a student, it was the most cost-effective way to keep up with fashion and I liked wearing unique pieces. So when I was received a message from entertainment journalist Marie Lozano to do a “Celebrity Look For Less” – I said, “GAME!” 🙂
