A Clearer View On Life with Four Eyes PH and World Vision
Did you know that there is a big chunk of our population who don’t have access to affordable prescription eyewear? That’s a lot of people suffering from poor vision at work, in school and simply in their own household. Trust me, it’s a serious problem that affects productivity.
in Partnership with World Vision
Social enterprise Four Eyes PH partners up with World Vision to address the root cause by providing prescription eye wear to impoverished communities. They super helped in terms of logistics and making it fast for Four Eyes to distribute the eye wear. Sponsor a child today at World Vision!
The kids enjoying their pair
Formally starting the partnership is their first leg of eye wear distribution in Cavite. World Vision gathered kids and adults from the communities nearby for a complete eye analysis, addressing the need to correct poor vision. See – a lot of kids need it too!
Pavan Challa, founder of Four Eyes PH
We were joined by the pro-active team of Four Eyes PH to distribute the eyewear to the community. Initially I thought, “This will be an awesome Saturday.” 🙂
with the Four Eyes PH Team
Lifestyle blogger Patty Laurel-Filart and I were privileged to join and help out this worthy cause. It amazes me how passionate the Four Eyes team was to address the problem of poor vision of Filipinos. Initially tourists, these ex-pats are strongly committed to making our country a more productive one! 🙂
A Pair for A Pair | Four Eyes PH
Four Eyes helps in their own little way by making sure that bad eyesight is not a hindrance in keeping the underprivileged to learn well or earn their keep properly. For every pair of eyewear that you buy from https://foureyes.com.ph, they would donate a pair of FourEyes prescription eyeglasses to someone in need of eyewear. Their pairs are so affordable, too!
with ate, the coordinator for the community | World Vision
Four Eyes works with various recognized partner charities in making sure that the glasses are delivered directly to them. World Vision made it happen by even partnering with a local coordinator from the chosen to community to make sure it gets to the people in need.
Four Eyes PH x World Vision PH
I love how these two organizations decided to team up, making this event very productive and efficient! When we got to Cavite, the beneficiaries from the communities who had completed the eye check-up were already there, excited to receive their Four Eyes pair! 🙂
in Cavite
They officially started with a prayer, opening remarks and even a few production numbers. It’s so cute how us Filipinos really love to sing and dance! Then we proceeded directly to seed out the prescription eyewear to its owners 🙂
256 ready for distribution
From the eye check up to the distribution, Four Eyes PH was able to donate 256 pairs on their first leg! I love how organized they were up til distribution. Each person had a receipt to claim their new pair! 🙂
Thank you Four Eyes and World Vision!
All smiles from everyone and I think I had the cheekiest smile. It was very heartwarming to see the community get excited and try on their new Four Eyes eyewear. Thank you guys for having me, really. 🙂
with Jeremy Callegher, Four Eyes Business Development Executive
Quite funny and off topic but Jeremy gathered some attention from the community – I think they thought he was a Hollywood Star. Hahaha! Kidding aside, keep up the good work, Four Eyes team!!! I’m so excited for the next event 🙂
A Better Vision, A Better Life
I love how the frames thoughtfully matched the recipient. The men had these black frames and the ladies had these classy silver ones. The kids had colorful frames which I found so cute. The nerd in me wouldn’t mind being callled Four Eyes now! 😉
With Patty Laurel-Filart
Patty was so hands on that morning, distributing the pairs and making chika with the community. And again, thank you for inviting us to join you guys! We are very much looking forward to the next one! 🙂
Thank you, Four Eyes and World Vision
