This point is to remind ourselves once in a while to always make sure we invest in key pieces, and less on trendy ones cos we’ll be wearing it year, after year, after year.
4 Key Pieces To Have In Your Wardrobe
So with that being said, here are my 4 MUST HAVE key pieces in my wardrobe.
Black pointed heels (no platform) | Forever 21
Number one, invest in a good pair of black pointy heels. You’ll be needing this for meetings, parties and it’ll instantly dress up any outfit. I opted for one with no platform for a classic touch and keep the heel 3 inches tall.
Crisp white button down | Topman
Step out of your comfort zone and check out the men’s section once in awhile – you’ll be surprised with what you’ll find! I personally love men shirts more since it doesn’t have the hourglass curve cut on the sides.
Carry-All Leather Bag (and some coffee) | Aldo
Third, invest in a handy leather tote! I’ve received numerous compliments cos of this black bag and they get surprised when I tell ‘em it’s from Aldo. Looks like a Celine at first glance! :>
Light wash denim | Gap
And fourth but not the least, invest in high quality denim. The type that fits better every after wash and the one that gets ripped “nicely” after sometime.
