Fancy some wine?
I just recently came across a book entitled “Who Moved My Cheese?” It’s a must-read book for EVERYONE on how to deal with change and perspective towards new things. Most of the time, change and new discoveries are good! We have to embrace it – just like this new restaurant in Kapitolyo!
East Capitol Drive, Kapitolyo
When Kapitolyo comes to mind, one thing sticks to our mind, “It’ll definitely be one hell of a food trip!” We immediately think of affordable eating and drinking places perfect for you and your buds but what if you’re looking for something more.. quaint? Perhaps, a chill wine date night? This fusion of European-Chinese cuisine is the perfect place – without the expensive prices.
Modern European meets Chinese cuisine!
From the French inspired interior to an impressionable world-class open kitchen, it truly adds a new exciting dining destination for both dim sum and pasta lovers giving an east meets west feel.
French-inspired interior
I love how this restaurant is completely Instagram-able (you know what I mean!) It’s a perfect lunch or merienda place as the sun peeps through it’s glass windows. The whole restaurant is so pretty!
Cosy ambience
Upon arriving, you’ll immediately feel that “almost like home” vibe. Don’t let it intimidate you – guests will get to enjoy reasonably priced food items and a lovely ambience.
First Red Panda experience – with Chef Philip Golding!
I clearly remember my first Red Panda visit – and it kept me coming back for more. Red Panda invited Master Chef Philip Golding for an exclusive dining experience – inclusive of wine pairing provided by Manny O wines. The evening was hosted by Eiffelene Salvador of Disciples of Escoffier Philippine Delegation supported by her young and very talented team. You’ll definitely get quality AND quantity when you go.
Red Panda Must-Trys
Some of Red Panda’s best sellers are Souvid Short Ribs, baked oysters, Hong Kong style pata tim, aglio olio spaghetti and lemon grass roasted chicken. My most recent discovery is the truffle pasta!
Vast wine selection | Manny O Wines
Red Panda Bistro has created 90 plus dishes from freshly made noodles to baked breads loaded with deli meats, sprightly greens and to mention their marvelous variety of wines and teas. This is truly a unique place for fine dining by experiencing both sides of the world. You can take some from the Deli to prepare at home!
Outside mini-garden
If you’re feeling nature-y, you can request to be seated outside by the bamboo wall. I personally think it’s a pretty place to snap photos! All the servers are so polite, too.
