If there are maternal/paternal and sick leaves, if I were to have it my way, I would make sure everyone will be entitled to a “beach leave.” There is just something with this scenery that makes me feel overjoyed and praying for time to go slower. With every beach trip, comes with your perfect lazy beach outfit. Here’s mine!

No strangers I’m the girl who’s always down for an adventure and there is no better time to plan one than during a long weekend. Last August, we had TWO (2!!!) long weekends so I was more than excited to tick off La Union on my bucketlist. Heading up to LU is more affordable than you think!

Enjoying Cebu with Kara and Kate Yu Long distance relationships may be quite difficult but there is always a bright side with having friends who live far away – you get to visit them and when you do, they’ll be your number one tour guide! Recently, work had brought me to Cebu so I quickly asked my friends where is a MUST VISIT place – this is one of them.

More than just bangus – is the feeling that I got as I spent 2 days exploring Dagupan, Pangasinan. I don’t want to sound naive but Dagupan is popularly known for its “Bangus Festivals” and their delicious seafood but really, they have so much more to offer to the curious cats like me – a secret paradise.

in Balesin I cant believe it’s almost March – the cold Berrr months are coming to an end (can you feel it?) so it’s time to embrace the sun! The Island Life On the last day of our Balesin trip, I made sure to slip into something comfy and city-appropriate. Slacks on the beach? Why not! Jaspal top from Adora | Abby Jocson white tote SM Accessories brown floppy hat | Vintage silver cuff Forever 21 Grid cuff Silver & Gold This top is so beautiful but one thing I learned – sequins kind of trap heat inside so it got REALLY warm after a while. Haha! At Balesin Island Club Yuki Tansengco See you soon, Balesin! My Style Cat Hope you all have a blessed Sunday and thanks for dropping by!!! 🙂 (Photos by Alaysa Bisnar)

Balesin Island Club Picture time comes and it’s all smiles but one reaction is common: we all freak out when the camera has flash! I wonder why? It is cos of oil or uneven skin tone? One thing’s for sure: having great skin is essential if you want to be more confident and get closer. NIVEA shows us how! (And it had to be on this beautiful island.) NIVEA Welcome Dinner To wrap up Day 1, we gathering in a pleasant evening in one of the resorts as the NIVEA team shared about the brand history. I enjoyed the videos and I love how one product remains constant every year: the NIVEA Creme in a blue tin. “NIVEA revolutionized skincare when it released NIVEA Creme back in 1911. It was the first ever all-in-one moisturizer in the world. Today, our roster of products has grown more than tenfold. Why? Because people’s needs change. And together with that, we also grow; we evolve to make sure that we provide everyone the best solution that science can offer, at the best price that we can provide.” Yuki Tansengco | Thrifted colorful cover-up Speaking of growth, NIVEA stands strong and shows no signs…

Life is a beach The beach is my happy place. I mean, everything just feels better when I’m there so I was ecstatic to get away for the weekend! Guess where this is? 🙂 Salty Hair (I slightly care) It’s really impressive what salty hair can do. It makes your hair mimic the beach waves and for some reason, it stays like that. That’s why I super love Blo Blow Dry Bar‘s Sea Salt Spray! Blanc And of course, each suit should come with an equally stylish cover-up. I love this white one from Tarte Tatin! It’s so breezy! Yuki Tansengco Guess where this getaway is! Hint: It’s not too far from Manila. TRIANGL swimwear I know it’s been really rainy so when my friends suggested a beach trip, I was crossing my fingers dry. Thankfully, it only rained at night while we were sleeping! Haha! Tarte Tatin white cover-up It was my first time to wear this dress and I was thinking: thank God I didn’t wear it Manila. The fabric is so light and it easily gets caught with a slight whiff! Perfect for the beach! Blanc Tarmouline Necklace I try to keep my accessories at minimum when…
