Be Prom-Ready! I will never forget one of my biggest wardrobe PROMblem – the night before DLSU prom. I felt OC about a minor wrinkle on my gown and decided to take the matter in my own hands – to try to iron it. Without noticing the heat settings… you probably know what happened next. Yuki Tansengco Your Prom dress need not to be expensive or made by a designer – don’t pressure yourself on that. You might end up like me ruining the dress LAST MINUTE and the last thing you want to be sad about is if it was very expensive. Your wardrobe doesn’t need to leave a hole in your wallet – just be comfortable in it and feel pretty! I found some choices to give you one less, one less promblem 😉 …

in Balesin I cant believe it’s almost March – the cold Berrr months are coming to an end (can you feel it?) so it’s time to embrace the sun! The Island Life On the last day of our Balesin trip, I made sure to slip into something comfy and city-appropriate. Slacks on the beach? Why not! Jaspal top from Adora | Abby Jocson white tote SM Accessories brown floppy hat | Vintage silver cuff Forever 21 Grid cuff Silver & Gold This top is so beautiful but one thing I learned – sequins kind of trap heat inside so it got REALLY warm after a while. Haha! At Balesin Island Club Yuki Tansengco See you soon, Balesin! My Style Cat Hope you all have a blessed Sunday and thanks for dropping by!!! 🙂 (Photos by Alaysa Bisnar)

Shape up or ship out This is it, page 1 of 365 once again and everyone’s excited to craft their own little list of resolutions to ring in the new year. Unfortunately, only around 10% of the list is kept throughout the entire year – maybe even less. So let’s keep it simple, shall we? 5 Resolutions for career in 2015 Personally, I listed a longer one but I realized if we keep it short, we have less to remember and a bigger chance of focusing on each one. Like most things in life, these are just suggestions I’m offering so feel free to agree or disagree with me. Which ones made the list? Hello, 2015! No matter how contented we are with our career and other aspects, it doesn’t hurt to find a little room for improvement. So before crafting your list, ask yourself, “What would I like to do differently this year?” I’m sharing with you mine! 🙂 SM Accessories taupe floppy | Daniel Wellington watch 1. Get up, dress up and show up I’m not saying you should look catwalk-ready on the most casual days but dressing up appropriately helps you play that dream role you’re working hard for.…

Convertible Clothing by YAY Imagine you’re on a beach trip. You pack this one piece that you can convert into a cover-up, a top, or an accessory – how hassle free, right? That’s how I felt when I discovered YAY. It’s a good option to travel in and a must-have in your closet. Using purl snap buttons, simply unsnap and convert to multiple scarves and wraps styles. Simple and easy It’s literally converting in a snap! YAY is designed by Yevgeniya Alexandrovna Yushkova and is dedicated to creating timeless, elegant, yet practical “convertible” clothing. This cost-efficient style approach is perfect for those who easily want to transform their looks from day to night! 1. Cropped Batwing Cardigan / Long-sleeve shrug One of YAY’s best-sellers is this Tulip Convertible Cardigan. It’s perfect when you go to places with varying temperatures. Here I’m wearing it as a long sleeve shrug with a snap closure at the sleeve inseam. 2. Low top / front One of my favorite transformations with the Tulip Cardigan. It converts to this sexy low top – perfect when pair with jeans or high-waisted bottoms. 2. Low top / back You see the metal snaps behind? Those are so easy…
