Leather for the weather My heart is still mourning for DLSU’s loss as I type this but we must move forward somehow, right? I guess today’s rainy weather was already a sign… a sign for me to wear leather. Head-to-toe in F21 I never thought of leather (or similar material) will be ever appropriate to wear under Manila weather but I surprisingly found a piece that’s more of haute than hot. 😉 Yuki Tansengco Recently, I went to the First x Forever relaunch of Forever 21 SM Megamall which you can read about here. The new hip design made it easier for me to navigate around the store and led me to these pieces! So today, I finally conclude that it’s okay to whip out your leather jackets and not melt at all. 🙂 Casual Burgundy Jacket | Php1275.00 I thought it would be really warm but I was wrong. This casual jacket from Forever 21 is light and is made of leatherette – a thinner kind of material. It has a lot of pocket compartments, too! Gold Mixed Chain Necklace | Php620.00 I am a sucker for choker-type gold necklaces. You’ll be in accessory-heaven for sure when you go…

It kicked off with a fashion show featuring the latest pieces from their Fall Collection featuring iconic model Anja Rubik. We bid goodbye to the ornate Lucite chandeliers and said hello…

A new Youtube channel for all the ladies There is nothing like a better pick-me-up than having GREAT hair on a daily basis. Razor straight or VS-like curls, the hair is a woman’s crowning glory and it pays to have those tresses taken care of but how? Hair requires a lot of personal care,” said ATH contributing editor, Agoo. All Things Hair PH In an information age where beauty tips come in an instant, you could very easily tune into a tutorial on Youtube to learn anything from fashion and makeup, to DIY projects. However, with so much information available online, it can be hard to find the answers…

Go La Salle! For me, style has no boundaries. Fashion has no rules. You can wear pink with red if you want to although I highly don’t suggest that but if you feel like it then go for it! Today, I chose to wear green pants. Whoever said it looked weird on our coaching staff – hasn’t seen the female version of the uniform (this!). Lol – just kidding! But hey it’s not so bad 🙂 #Animootd Whenever I attend UAAP games, I see some people with the cutest white and green combinations. I encourage you guys to tag your UAAP ootd’s with #Animootd to show our support – through our outfits! Haha let’s do this! Just casually walking around in green pants So today, my outfit is inspired from our coaching staff’s uniform. A mix of green and white with a hint of brown/khaki – what do you think? Yuki Tansengco Lately, I’ve been looking for basics. You can never have enough basics in your closet – right? I’m happy I found this easy breezy Gap top from my mom’s pile. Are you free in your skin? For the longest time (it’s slowly getting better now), I’ve been having self-esteem issues because of my super sensitive skin. My skin gets red, itchy and dry easily plus i’m very prone to acne. Sounds like your worst nightmare, right? When it comes to looking presentable, we need to start at the base: our skin! Patti Grandige spearheads #FreeInMySkin movement! Patti, one of the country’s freshest and most beautiful faces, admitted that she used to be like one of every two Filipinas who suffered from dry and sensitive skin. Really, who knew? She looks so perfect! This shows that we all have our insecurities. The question is – are we ready to face them? #FreeInMySkin I want to be free! The Free in My Skin Movement aims to empower women to fully embrace and participate in life by freeing them from dry and sensitive skin, because having dry and sensitive skin can serve as a hindrance for women to fully function to their best abilities. This movement also aims to honor the women in our lives who are now embracing and living life to the fullest aka feeling free! 🙂 Physiogel user right here!…

Vintage I’ve always been a fan of wearing knits but I’ve never found the right weather or timing to pull it out. One rainy afternoon, it was really cloudy so I dug up this dress that belonged to my mom and decided to pull off a modern Audrey Hepburn. What do you think? Knit game: Strong When wearing knits, I try to keep my accessories minimal to focus on the intricate details on the fabric. Yuki Tansengco Here are quick tips on how to pull off knits here in the Metro! Vintage knit navy blue dress | Topshop knit cardigan | Zara boots | Abby Jocson tote Knits obviously have the tendency to be warm so I make my outfit versatile by bringing a cardigan. Since the hemline of the dress is already short, I use it to wrap around my waist. I picked out a printed one to contrast the solid color of the dress. High Society I opted for a simple updo hairstyle so I picked “High Society” which is one of Blo’s 7 Signature Hairstyles. I love how you can tweak it from a slick bun to a messy tie knot like this. Vintage jewelry I have…
